Ticket refunds
If you purchased an electronic ticket or a paper ticket from a travel agency (including online agencies), please contact your travel agent directly. Your travel agent is the responsible party to review and process any refund due.
All refunds due will be issued to the original form of payment in accordance with the conditions of the fare type purchased. Please note that some tickets are wholly non-refundable, or require a service fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. You can find out whether your ticket is refundable, and under which conditions, in your booking confirmation email under the item “Fare conditions”.
I would like to cancel my trip and get a refund on my ticket:
You can cancel your trip and request a refund in your booking up to 24 hours before departure.
- To log in, enter your surname and booking code. Any booking that can be cancelled will be displayed in your booking summary with a "Cancellation" button.
- Click on the "Cancellation" button next to the relevant booking and confirm your selection on the following page.
- Your flight booking will now be cancelled and you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you purchased your ticket online, the refund will be made automatically and there is no need for any further action. For tickets booked via a travel agency, we recommend that you also get in touch with them. If you do not receive a response in a timely manner or it seems necessary for other reasons, please contact us again for further processing.

Complaint Resolution Official (CRO)
In case you encounter problems while traveling with Discover Airlines, please ask our crew members or ground staff if you can speak with a complaint resolution official (CRO). Our CRO’s have been specially trained in awareness and sensitivity, as well as all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and legislation. CROs are available during operating hours at all our US destinations and in Frankfurt.
If you feel that Discover Airlines has violated any provision of Section 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 382, you have the right to contact the U.S. Department of Transportation if you want that agency to consider further action on your behalf.
