Discover Airlines currently flies out of Frankfurt am Main and Munich. At both locations, we have offices with administrative positions. You can find the specific job location in the job vacancy posting.

If you are successful in the pre-selection process, we will usually invite you to attend an initial face-to-face meeting with the relevant department. The meeting will be held either in our office or virtually. This may be followed by a short work trial and/or getting to know the potential team in person. After a second selection round, you will then have a cultural fit interview with our People (HR) team, which will give you an additional insight into our unique work culture and our ‘Way of Working’.

Yes. If the duties and responsibilities of the particular post permit, our employees can work independently and flexibly from home.

Discover Airlines offers six-month obligatory internships, voluntary and gap year internships and working student positions. You can also find all internships and working student positions that are currently open on our career portal. Enrollment for the entire employment period is a prerequisite for a voluntary internship and working student employment. A gap year internship can only be undertaken if the internship takes place in the one-year period between Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs. Our pay structure for working students/interns is as follows:

• Working students: €15.00 gross per hour
• Gap year internships and voluntary internships: €2,159.34 gross per month
• Obligatory internships: €900.00 gross per month

No, our only available internships have a duration of 6 months.
