Once you log on to our website, you will be able to access all your bookings and you will receive helpful information about your trip in the Travel Cockpit. You can save your personal data, preferences and payment information in your profile and store travel documents. You can now book and check in even faster. You get an overview of all your travel for the past 10 years in Travel Insights.
Lufthansa Chat Assistant
Fast and targeted help for your request: as soon as you log in with your Travel ID, Chat Assistant Elisa has all the information needed. You will receive personalized answers to your questions, you can change your booking conveniently and request a refund, and do all this without having to enter any extra details.
Lufthansa app
From booking to arrival, stay well-informed: use your Travel ID in the Lufthansa app. Once you log in, all your information is stored, and your personal travel assistant will automatically inform you about your upcoming flight. Get your boarding pass issued and gain access to additional personalized services.
You can also conveniently book your next flight, including seats, without having to re-enter information.
Internet on board
With your Travel ID, benefit from FlyNet®. As soon as you log in, you will automatically receive up-to-date information about your trip. You can also use the free, unlimited messaging for messengers like WhatsApp to stay in touch with your loved ones and surf at low prices.
