We will make every possible effort to recover your baggage as quickly as possible or to remedy the damage to your item of baggage.
Please use this form:
- If your checked item of baggage arrives late and you wish to request reimbursement of your costs for toiletries and clothing in accordance with legal regulations.
- If your baggage is damaged and you want to contact us regarding reimbursement of your costs.
If you have not yet reported your late or damaged baggage, please do so immediately at the airport baggage desk or online.
