You can find the Discover Airlines check-in at counters 476-488 in Terminal 1, Hall B. You can also use the check-in and baggage drop-off machines. The counters usually open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Our service counter is located at counters 476-477.

Late-night check-in

A late-night check-in is open in Frankfurt the day before the flight from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is available for a maximum of 23 hours prior to departure. The late-night check-in is located at counters 481-482 in Terminal 1, Hall B.

As an adult traveling family member, you can also check in baggage for other family members. To do this, you will need the travel documents and official identity documents of the family members.

Priority check-in

The priority check-in counters are marked with a corresponding sign and are separate from the Economy Class check-in area. Priority check-in counters can be used by the following passengers:

  • Business Class Passengers
  • Premium Economy Passengers
  • Miles & More Senators (SEN)
  • Miles & More HON Circle members (HON)
  • United Mileage Plus members (same as STAR Gold)
  • Air Canada Aeroplan members (same as STAR Gold)

Check-in

You will find the Discover Airlines check-in in Terminal 2 at Munich Airport. Simply follow the Lufthansa counters on Level 4, additionally labeled with Discover Airlines – or use any Lufthansa check-in and baggage drop-off machines.

Business Class and Premium Economy Class passengers are eligible to check in at the Lufthansa Business Class Check-in in Munich.

Late-night check-in

Check in online from 30 hours before departure and drop off your baggage at a bag drop machine the evening before your flight - maximum 23 hours before departure. The late-night check-in is located in Terminal 2, Level 4, and all Lufthansa machines can be used for baggage drop-off.

As an adult traveling family member, you can also check in baggage for other family members. To do this, you will need the travel documents and official identity documents of the family members.
