Further information on insolvency protection

EW Discover GmbH has taken out insolvency insurance with Zurich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG.

Passengers may contact this institution or, if applicable, the competent authority (Zurich Insurance plc branch for Germany, Platz der Einheit 2, 60327 Frankfurt; +49 (0) 69/7115-0; service@zurich.de) if travel services are refused due to the insolvency of EW Discover GmbH.

Note: This insolvency protection does not apply to contracts with parties other than EW Discover GmbH that can be executed despite the insolvency of EW Discover GmbH.
