Mobility impairment
I do not need any support. I can move within the aircraft and climb stairs without problems*. But I need help with longer distances within the airport. (WCHR) I can move within the aircraft, but I need help with climbing stairs* and with longer distances within the airport. (WCHS) I am not able to walk at all and need help in the aircraft from the time of arriving at the airport up to the end of the flight, as well as with leaving the airport or getting to my connecting flight. (WCHC)

* Note: Due to the large number of arrivals at the airports, parking positions directly at the gate cannot be guaranteed. It is possible that the aircraft will be parked in a non-gate position and boarding or disembarking will take place via a staircase.

Information on bringing and registering assistance dogs

Oxygen
I would like to take my own oxygen with me in the cabin. (POXY) I would like to use the airline’s oxygen on board (chargeable). (AOXY) I do not need any additional oxygen.

Seat request for flights to/from the USA

Passengers who have a braced leg and/or are traveling with an assistance dog can request a seat in front of the partition (bulk head) up to 48 hours before departure.
