Please note that your device must be unlocked. Unlocking means that the network restrictions for your phone are removed in order for it to be usable on another network. You can find out at any time whether your phone is unlocked or not by contacting your current mobile/data service provider. Unlocking devices is a service offered by each cell phone service/cell phone data provider.
- Select the desired data package from the menu,
- purchase the service,
- configure the eSIM on your device by scanning the QR code/manually typing in the data,
- activate the selected package in the destination country.
It is recommended that you purchase the eSIM package before departure, as you need a stable internet connection to purchase and download it. This way, you can connect to the internet immediately after landing in your destination country.
