If the preselection from among all the applications received goes well for you, as a rule for the first step we invite you personally to a first meeting with the particular department to get to know you. The conversation takes place either in our office or virtually. Thereafter, where appropriate, this is followed by a short sample of your work and/or a personal opportunity to get to know the potential team. After a second selection round you can finally expect a Cultural Fit Interview with our People (HR) Team, where you will get an additional impression of our unique work culture and our way of working.

Discover Airlines offers six-month mandatory internships, voluntary and gap year internships as well as working student jobs for students. All currently open internship and working student positions can also be found in our career portal. A requirement for a voluntary internship and a working student job is enrollment for the entire duration of the employment. A gap year internship can only be done if the internship is in the one-year period between the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. Our pay structure for working students/interns is as follows:
