If the preselection from among all the applications received goes well for you, as a rule for the first step we invite you personally to a first meeting with the particular department to get to know you. The conversation takes place either in our office or virtually. Thereafter, where appropriate, this is followed by a short sample of your work and/or a personal opportunity to get to know the potential team. After a second selection round you can finally expect a Cultural Fit Interview with our People (HR) Team, where you will get an additional impression of our unique work culture and our way of working.
